British researchers conducted a survey to find out which words in the English language cause the most difficulty. The list of the 20 most difficult words to pronounce is headed by the word

As it turned out, the British most often mispronounce words in which the letters "m" and "n" are close in the letter, as well as "t", "s" and the combination "th". Of the 3 thousand, at least half of the respondents admitted that they often correct people who incorrectly pronounce any words. A quarter of the respondents believe that mistakes in pronouncing words indicate a lack of education.
